Angie is from Mount Vernon, Kentucky. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Eastern Kentucky University with a B.A. in Speech Communication and B.B.A. in General Business. After college, Angie moved to Nashville where she attended Vanderbilt University Law School, serving on the Moot Court Board and the Vanderbilt Law Review. After VULS, Angie practiced as a transactional attorney with Bass, Berry & Sims PLC. During her time at Bass, Angie co-founded a real estate investment company and discovered that her true career interest was in real estate. This revelation led to Angie co-founding Wagon Wheel Title and Lockeland Law Group. In her spare time, Angie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and listening to live music.
Originally from Cleveland, Tennessee, Brandon graduated Summa Cum Laude from Dartmouth College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and awarded the Edwin F. Jones Prize for a history honors thesis about the attack on the 1961 Freedom Riders in Anniston, Alabama. After college, he road-tripped across the United States for almost a year until entering Harvard Law School. Upon graduating from Harvard in 2001, where his third-year paper focused on the portrayal of lawyers in the works of novelist Walker Percy, he returned to Tennessee to practice law with the Nashville law firm of Bass, Berry & Sims PLC. After co-founding a real estate investment company, he became increasingly interested in real estate and urban development, which led to his involvement in co-founding Wagon Wheel Title and Lockeland Law Group. A graduate of the Nashville Emerging Leaders (NEL) program and former board Member of the Tomorrow Fund, Brandon serves as an officer and board member of Rebuilding Together Nashville (RTN), a leading housing non-profit focused on affordable housing solutions. In his spare time, Brandon dabbles in reading and writing and enjoys 3 Crow trivia, live music, and spreading the gospel of horology.
Originally from Gleason, Tennessee, Steve graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science. After college, Steve attended Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was the John S. Beasley Scholar and served as Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review. After graduating from law school in 2003, Steve moved to Memphis where he served as a clerk for the Hon. Julia Smith Gibbons of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Upon completion of his clerkship in 2004, Steve returned to Nashville, where he worked as a transactional attorney with Bass, Berry & Sims PLC. In 2009, Steve joined Wagon Wheel Title and co-founded Lockeland Law Group. Steve enjoys the fast pace of real estate transactions and has extensive experience setting up and closing multi-unit projects. He says: I love that this profession gives me a reason to see my friends and lots of opportunities to talk with new people. When he’s not closing real estate deals, Steve enjoys spending time with his daughter Ava, skiing, reading, and listening to live music.
Kristian is from Picayune, Mississippi. He graduated from Belmont University with a B.A. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Music Business. After college, Kristian toured the United States performing gospel music for 12 years, touring with Dottie Rambo, Jason Crabb, LeAnn Rimes, Toby Keith, and Ricky Skaggs. Kristian is known for being the youngest male soloist in gospel music history to have two consecutive hits on the gospel music charts. Kristian began working with Wagon Wheel Title in April 2011 as a Closing Coordinator, and still continues to travel and sing.
Anne Marie is from New Albany, Mississippi. She graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.A. in Communication, with an emphasis on Public Relations. After college, Anne Marie remained in Mississippi for a short time, working for Contemporary Restaurants LLC as an Executive Administrator and Carlock Toyota as the Finance Manager. In May 2010 she moved to Nashville to pursue new career options. With the increasing business at Wagon Wheel Title, Anne Marie joined the Wagon Wheel team in April 2012 as a Closing Coordinator. In her spare time, Anne Marie enjoys spending time with friends, live music and painting.
Meredith is originally from Macon, Georgia. She graduated from The University of Georgia with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Go Dawgs! Meredith joined the Wagon Wheel Team in 2014. In her spare time, Meredith enjoys working out and checking out live music with friends.
Greg is from Crumpler, North Carolina. He graduated from Gupton-Jones College with an Associates in Mortuary Science. After college, he worked in five different states for over fifteen years in Funeral Service. Greg moved to Nashville to be close to family and after his position at a local Funeral Home became more involved in sales and public relations, he decided that was not for him and chose to change careers. Greg worked with a temp-agency and came across Wagon Wheel Title. Greg’s partner, Gerard Dow, is a realtor and after discussion about the great opportunity to work as a team he pursued with applying for the role. Greg has been with Wagon Wheel Title since November 2018 and he is thoroughly enjoying his new career! Greg has three dogs and two cats and is currently enrolled in Foster Parent training. He is an avid bargain hunter and loves to shop with coupons!
Carmen Coats is a native of Paris, Tennessee. She has been with Wagon Wheel since its inception in 2006. Her current position is Post-Closing Manager. Carmen has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. She attended the University of Tennessee at Martin and received her BA in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University. She is currently on path to receive her Masters of Organizational Leadership from Trevecca in 2020. Carmen resides in East Nashville and has a set of twins, Bryan & Brittany, and a loveable pit bull named Jada. She is an active member of the Temple Church and is director of the Deaconess Ministry. Carmen enjoys cooking, going on cruises and being in the company of good friends.
Kelly Ray moved to Nashville from Dallas, Texas in 2011 to attend Belmont University. After graduating from Belmont in 2015, she became a member of the Wagon Wheel team. Kelly enjoys singing, dancing, and attending Nashville sporting events. She also loves brewery hopping with her rescue dog, Barnaby! Kelly has a true passion for people, and loves getting to know our clients as friends!
Originally from Connecticut, Jaime graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Connecticut at Storrs, and then interned at KPMG, LLP. Always having a passion for songwriting and music, she moved to Nashville and immersed herself in that community, and was a finalist in the CMT/NSAI songwriting competition in 2013. She also worked as an Early childhood professional for Fannie Battle Day Home and then the YMCA. Looking to get back into the business world and, always loving real estate, Jaime joined the team at Wagon Wheel Title in September 2016. She enjoys hiking, music, hanging with friends, and anything outdoors in her free time!
