Wagon Wheel Title, founded in 2006, is a boutique real estate title and escrow company from Nashville Tennessee.  At Wagon Wheel, highly skilled attorneys and closing professionals conduct and coordinate our real estate closings.  Wagon Wheel offers a full array of real estate title and escrow services to purchasers, sellers and lenders on real estate related transactions.  We have extensive experience in all of the following transactions:

  • Angie Lawless

    Angie Lawless, Esq.

    Angie is from Mount Vernon, Kentucky. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Eastern Kentucky University with a B.A. in Speech Communication and B.B.A. in General Business. After college, Angie moved to Nashville where she attended Vanderbilt University Law School, serving on the Moot Court Board and the Vanderbilt Law Review. After VULS, Angie practiced as a transactional attorney with Bass, Berry & Sims PLC. During her time at Bass, Angie co-founded a real estate investment company and discovered that her true career interest was in real estate. This revelation led to Angie co-founding Wagon Wheel Title and Lockeland Law Group. In her spare time, Angie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and listening to live music.

  • Brandon Miller

    Brandon Miller, Esq.

    Originally from Cleveland, Tennessee, Brandon graduated Summa Cum Laude from Dartmouth College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and awarded the Edwin F. Jones Prize for a history honors thesis about the attack on the 1961 Freedom Riders in Anniston, Alabama.  After college, he road-tripped across the United States for almost a year until entering Harvard Law School.  Upon graduating from Harvard in 2001, where his third-year paper focused on the portrayal of lawyers in the works of novelist Walker Percy, he returned to Tennessee to practice law with the Nashville law firm of Bass, Berry & Sims PLC.  After co-founding a real estate investment company, he became increasingly interested in real estate and urban development, which led to his involvement in co-founding Wagon Wheel Title and Lockeland Law Group.  A graduate of the Nashville Emerging Leaders (NEL) program and former board Member of the Tomorrow Fund, Brandon serves as an officer and board member of Rebuilding Together Nashville (RTN), a leading housing non-profit focused on affordable housing solutions. In his spare time, Brandon dabbles in reading and writing and enjoys 3 Crow trivia, live music, and spreading the gospel of horology.

  • Steven Morris

    Steven Morris, Esq.

    Originally from Gleason, Tennessee, Steve graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science. After college, Steve attended Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was the John S. Beasley Scholar and served as Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review. After graduating from law school in 2003, Steve moved to Memphis where he served as a clerk for the Hon. Julia Smith Gibbons of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Upon completion of his clerkship in 2004, Steve returned to Nashville, where he worked as a transactional attorney with Bass, Berry & Sims PLC. In 2009, Steve joined Wagon Wheel Title and co-founded Lockeland Law Group.  Steve enjoys the fast pace of real estate transactions and has extensive experience setting up and closing multi-unit projects.  He says: I love that this profession gives me a reason to see my friends and lots of opportunities to talk with new people. When he’s not closing real estate deals, Steve enjoys spending time with his daughter Ava, skiing, reading, and listening to live music.

  • Kristian Booth

    Kristian Booth

    Kristian is from Picayune, Mississippi. He graduated from Belmont University with a B.A. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Music Business. After college, Kristian toured the United States performing gospel music for 12 years, touring with Dottie Rambo, Jason Crabb, LeAnn Rimes, Toby Keith, and Ricky Skaggs. Kristian is known for being the youngest male soloist in gospel music history to have two consecutive hits on the gospel music charts. Kristian began working with Wagon Wheel Title in April 2011 as a Closing Coordinator, and still continues to travel and sing.

  • Anne Marie Chandler

    Anne Marie Chandler

    Anne Marie is from New Albany, Mississippi. She graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.A. in Communication, with an emphasis on Public Relations. After college, Anne Marie remained in Mississippi for a short time, working for Contemporary Restaurants LLC as an Executive Administrator and Carlock Toyota as the Finance Manager. In May 2010 she moved to Nashville to pursue new career options. With the increasing business at Wagon Wheel Title, Anne Marie joined the Wagon Wheel team in April 2012 as a Closing Coordinator. In her spare time, Anne Marie enjoys spending time with friends, live music and painting.

  • Meredith Malloy

    Meredith Malloy

    Meredith is originally from Macon, Georgia. She graduated from The University of Georgia with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Go Dawgs! Meredith joined the Wagon Wheel Team in 2014. In her spare time, Meredith enjoys working out and checking out live music with friends.

  • Carmen Coats

    Carmen Coats

    Carmen Coats is a native of Paris, Tennessee. She has been with Wagon Wheel since its inception in 2006. Her current position is Post-Closing Manager. Carmen has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. She attended the University of Tennessee at Martin and received her BA in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University. She is currently on path to receive her Masters of Organizational Leadership from Trevecca in 2020. Carmen resides in East Nashville and has a set of twins, Bryan & Brittany, and a loveable pit bull named Jada. She is an active member of the Temple Church and is director of the Deaconess Ministry. Carmen enjoys cooking, going on cruises and being in the company of good friends.

  • Daniel Britt

    Daniel Britt

    As an Ohio transplant, Daniel has called Nashville his home for nearly a decade. He is a graduate of the University of Akron where he studied Business Administration and Marketing. Daniel has gone on to apply this concentration and education along with the skill sets he has developed to several areas such as sales, program implementation, and management. Daniel has over 10 years of project management experience and several years of experience working in the Tennessee real estate industry. He has been a licensed real estate agent in the Greater Nashville area and worked in multiple areas and facets of the real estate process bringing a unique and broad understanding of the closing process as well as the timelines and work flow required to make such transactions run as smoothly as possible.



  • Drew Bandy

    Drew Bandy

    Drew Bandy grew up in Cleveland, Tennessee and attended Lipscomb University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Drew is a Closing Agent at Wagon Wheel and has done over 2,500 real estate transactions.  He is also highly adept in the latest technology affecting the industry- staying on the cutting edge, to better serve his clients. When he’s not hard at work at the office, closing deals, and with his clients-  you will likely find Drew enjoying a premium cigar.  Many refer to him as “a cigar aficionado”- which would putting it lightly.  If you can’t find him at his favorite cigar bar, you will likely find him attending University of Tennessee football games-  “Go Big Orange!”.

  • Rebecca Truman

    Rebecca Truman

    Rebecca grew up in West Virginia and Texas. She graduated with an Associates in Applied Science in Paralegal Studies in 2008. Rebecca remained on with the attorney’s office she completed her externship with for a short time after graduating. In December 2009 she began her journey in title, working in different parts such as title search and foreclosure sale. She moved to the real estate closing side in 2017 working close to home. With the increasing business at Wagon Wheel Title, Rebecca joined the Wagon Wheel team in August 2019 as a Closing Coordinator. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys working with teens, volunteering, camping, trips to the beach, and reading.


  • Vicki Chi

    Vicki Chi

    Vicki is originally from New England. She graduated from Bryant College with a B.A. in Business, with an Accounting concentration. She has worked as an accountant for a construction equipment company in RI, as a Branch Accountant for Fidelity National Title in the CA corporate offices, as a Sponsored Programs accountant and as an ORACLE implementation team member for the University of Virginia.  After many years as a full-time mom of four, Vicki started doing bookkeeping for Wagon Wheel Title in 2015.  She joined the Wagon Wheel team full-time in September 2019 as a Human Resource Coordinator / Bookkeeper. In her spare time, Vicki enjoys spending time with family, knitting and baking.

  • Catherine DeSimone

    Catherine DeSimone

    Catherine is a native of Nashville, TN. Having spent nearly a decade working as an early childhood professional, she decided to expand her horizons. She joined the Wagon Wheel team in September of 2019 as the Accounting Manager. She is loving her new career in the real estate business and is excited about the future! In her spare time, Catherine loves trying new exercise classes, all kinds of outdoor activities, and cheering on the New England Patriots.

  • Julie Bailey

    Julie Bailey

    Julie is from Knoxville, Tennessee. She graduated from The University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Health and Human Sciences. She moved to Nashville in January of 2019 and joined the Wagon Wheel Title team October of that same year. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and painting.

  • Eric Harris

    Eric Harris

    Eric is from Francis, Oklahoma. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Secondary Education. After college, Eric joined the United States Army and served as an Intel Analyst with 5th Special Forces group. After the Army, Eric attended Belmont Law School graduating in 2019 and joined Wagon Wheel Title in February 2020. In his spare time, Eric enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with friends.

  • Britney Weisbecker

    Britney Weisbecker

    Britney moved from rural Illinois to Nashville as a child and grew up in the city. She attended Columbia State with a pursuit and interest in Psychology and since has worked in customer and client focused fields. She was presented with a new and exciting opportunity to join Wagon Wheel Title in 2020 and loves being part of the Wagon Wheel family. She has been active in freelance photography since 2014 and loves getting to work with people and build relationships with them through many areas in life. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her daughter and family, garden, read, paint, and cook.


  • Alexis Bigham

    Alexis Bigham, Policy Support

    Alexis is from Southern Illinois and made the move to Nashville in 2017. Alexis graduated from the University of Illinois in 2016 with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Having worked in childcare since college, she was ready to expand on a new career opportunity at WWT! In her free time, she enjoys trying new workouts, visiting friends and family, and taking in all the new adventures Nashville has to offer!
  • Jamie Osborn

    Jamie Osborn, Processor

    Jamie is originally from Lexington, Alabama. She Attended The University of North Alabama, with a concentration in Pre-Med Biology. After several years working as a Pastry Chef, Jamie moved up to Nashville, and has lived here for the past 6 years! She has spent the last several years working in the insurance industry and is excited to step into title since joining the Wagon Wheel team.

  • Valerie Horne

    Valerie Horne

    Valerie moved to Nashville in 2015 looking for a new adventure. She has enjoyed working in jobs that are focused on customer service. Her roles have varied anywhere from working at Petco as an Animal Care Manager, in both Tennessee and Hawaii, to working for a local chiropractic office. There she spent her time educating and helping people learn about natural health. In her spare time, she enjoys music, reading, staying active, and spending time with her pets.

  • Jasmyn Howse

    Jasmyn Howse

    Jasmyn is originally from Nashville, but spent most of her years in Las Vegas. She moved back to Tennessee in 2014 and was working in the medical field. She decided to have a career change and joined the Wagon Wheel team in March 2021. In her spare time she enjoy reading, traveling, doing makeup for weddings and photoshoots, and spending time with her family and friends.

  • Eliza Whitfield

    Eliza Whitfield

    Eliza is originally from Fort Worth, Texas.  She has worked in a variety of fields, including working for a title company in Birmingham, Alabama. Recently, she decided to move to Nashville, where she has joined the Wagon Wheel Title team as a Post-Closing Assistant.  In her free time, she enjoys travelling, music, and reading.
